Leadership

All of the positions below are filled by volunteers, and rotate every few years:

• Nantan – Frostbite – Our Q of the Region. A cultural and spiritual Leader who influences through the four F3 Leadership Skills: Vision, Articulation, Persuasion and Exhortation.
• Weasel Shaker – Burns – A spreadsheet-loving, rule embracing, detail-oriented dude. Keeps finger on pulse of the PAX. Gives the Nantan info to effectively guide and make decisions on how to empower Pax to become leaders.
• 1st F Q – Turnover – Ensures the smooth running of the AOs and makes sure that Site Qs are doing their jobs. Helps to plan and execute CSAUPs, works with the Nantan and WS to look at the growth of 1^st F AO plants. Holds regular Q Schools for new(er) Pax.
• 2nd F Q – Schlitz – Whether it be HDHH, family picnics, Christmas Parties, or Coffeeteria, this is the guy who makes the donuts. The ComzQ is his best friend, as he attempts to get Pax motivated and excited about Fellowshipping together.
• 3rd F Q – Transcript – Plants anything from Bible Studys to a community service opportunities for PAX. His role is the essence of the real mission of F3: Male COMMUNITY Leadership. It’s ambiguous on purpose, but it needs to make IMPACT.
• IT Q – Van Gogh – The closest thing to a Nerd that you’ll find out in the gloom. Responsible for keeping the Website up and running, and holds the key to Q Calendar access. Helps Leadership and all PAX with organizing, planning and communicating F3 events through computer wizardry.
• Comz Q – Sour Mash – The man dedicated to keep the drum beating so that PAX have community one with another. Spreads the glue that helps keep us all connected. Shares the F3 gospel in many formats. AKA “The Twitter Czar“
• Gear Q – Adobe – Official F3 Winston-Salem wardrobe stylist. Has the 411 on setting up gear orders so PAX can look even cooler out in the gloom.
• Site/AO Qs – (Listed on Workouts Page) – The F3 Ambassadors who ensure that core principles are kept intact, and aims to be there weekly. Plants the flag for AOs, makes all feel welcome, ensures disclaimer, picks up the 6, manages safety for the site, manages the Q schedule, sells the AO, the Qs, and the Mission of F3, harasses Qs to write BBs, etc.
