4 Pax started their week by working and protecting what is most important on the human body, the core. As men, the Pax often want people to come to the “Gun Show” or see how strong their legs are, but without a sound and strong core none of that would be possible. Warm-Up SSH Plank…
YHC decided on a pretty simple beatdown in the caverns of Bailey Park. The problem is now thinking back on my plan YHC did forget to add some extra burpees, but that was because of the stupid music speaker. For some reason Spotify would not work unless YHC stood by my phone. YHC even took…
The men today found out the old Moravian tradition of how they became a man in the olden times. So the Pax moseyed immediately to Manly St. In the old days they had to run straight up Manly Street in under 15 seconds to become a man. I’m sure some of us would still be…
15 Pax joined the Q for an exciting time with rocks this morning. After some crazy stretching exercises that the pax thought were a little over the top, we headed over to the field where the Pax found 3 rocks sticking out of the ground. The pax found that Stonehenge was built apparently by H.O.G…
YHC filled the hole in the Q calendar for Flatline this morning. Not knowing what to do and trying to do something different the Q was out ideas. Then behold in the Harris Teeter Grocery Store in the random aisle of sports drinks there was a two pack of cards with dice in it hanging…

YHC brought the launch point back into boundaries that were acceptable for the Site Q. The problem today was that the flatest part of…
6 Pax joined the Q this morning to help get themselves back into shape. The Q this morning was told that he was uncreative and unimaginative by many pax. They apparently did not like that the Q did not make them run as much but the Q made sure they moved the whole time. Don’t…
5 pax made it to the reopening of the Estate. YHC, who was the Q also, barely made it. The alarm or phone for some reason did not charge and died last night. Luckily for the Q the ole internal clock was ready to wake up just in time to make it. Warm-up SSH Toy…
It was fun to be able to discuss and interact with a few of the Pax over leadership and what F3 has meant to them. It is amazing how F3 is more than just working out and getting in shape. As YHC has been reading and listening to multiple leadership men and women who are…
