9 PAX cut through the gloom with an extra side of humidity to join for BBB(C)C with multiple modes of transportation used. Instead of YHC struggling to find a “new” route in #WeFoCo, why not just use one of the numerous other Q’s and acquired routes from previous instances to keep it simple. The meeting…
An unlucky 13 showed up to Purgatory for YHC’s VQ at this site. Thanks to the glorious Site Q locking YHC in months ago, YHC had plenty of time to put together a plan. Onward to what the plan unveiled to the PAX. Warm-o-Rama Hillbilly x10 IC Abe Vigoda x5 IC Peter Parkers x10 IC…

YHC is not leaving the overall DashPax, just moving into W-S, which seems to have the President of WeFoCo, Sour Mash, consulting…

YHC has taken the reins of BBBC for this Friday, and we will be launching from the River Oaks Community Church (ROCC). One note on the 3.1 mile route: instead of being able to run the track, simply loop West Forsyth twice before running down LC Road (past ROCC, like the ROCC 5k) to just…
Happy 5 Year Anniversary to the Village of the Idiots. It was a beautiful morning for an outside workout. YHC ensured that the weather portion of the disclaimer was read: “F3 workouts are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.” Upon that and many of the other disclaimers, we were off… Warm-O-Rama ISTs x15…
Warm weather welcomed the 8 PAX going to the right place on this Friday morning. MC had started before the run even began because Styers Ferry was viewed as I-40, but the PAX found out that it wasn’t much worse than any other area previously run. YHC has run Styers Ferry with Road Apple, Toe…
