19 Pax came out for YHC’s VQ workout this morning. The harassment was particularly strong at first but started dying down when the Pax began feeling sympathetic towards YHC. Special thanks to Birdhole for bringing 2 FNGs…BB&T training has been great for the numbers. YHC’s disclaimer was nowhere near as good as JB’s the week…
The Q likes a good beatdown inspired by the AO. After some contemplation of breweries, local history and other ideas… YHC settled on the growth in tourism downtown with the growing hotel market. So we did a tour of hotels, driven by the number of hotel rooms at each property. As it turned out most…
In a way to try and find normalcy in our sometimes crazy mixed up world, we spend time together pushing each other at beatdowns, meet ups and 2nd F opps. This beatdown at VI was intended to be silly and based on a gambling theme as YHC was headed to Vegas on Tuesday. As we…

It was with very heavy hearts that 10 PAX gathered at #Parliament this morning. In addition to the unspeakable horror and senselessness in Las Vegas, taking the lives of 59 innocent souls and maiming over 400 others, we were further saddened by the sudden and unexpected passing of Tom Petty, a musician whom many of us grew…

7 joined YHC for some work that was advertised as involving the Wake Forest campus. Ya, that didn’t happen. 14 men honored me by dragging themselves out of bed on a Saturday morning to venture down to Speas elementary for a little exercise. YHC thought a little music was in order and despite my best efforts could not get Phil Collins to load into phone this time. So, went with Spotify playlist, all classic…
October’s first edition of #Run&Gun featured a route YHC previously did approximately a year ago, which was a relatively fast route: Miller to Queen Queen to Knollwood Knollwood to Stratford Stratford to Westview Westview to Country Club Country Club back to Publix – ~3.5 miles The Gun portion included merkins, squats, mountain climbers, lunges, outside…
