Former Friday WeFoCo Run
While the calendar says that it is Fall, the actual temperature begs to differ. 70 degrees at 5:30 in the morning. UGH. Nevertheless, 14 tride and true Pax posted for this week’s edition of BBBC. Schneider was the lone bike rider. The rest of us did one of the following: 3.5 miles: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/2701579843…
Join YHC this Friday for the first BBBC of the fall. Launch is from the upper lot of the Jerry Long YMCA. That’s the lot nearest to Peacehaven. We will cover hallowed ground. Two options, one just under 3.5 miles: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/2701579843 One just under 5.5 miles: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/2701590154 Time your launch so…
2 PAX (Katniss and YHC) launched from ROCC for the 3.5 mile route at 0515 and hooked up with Gucci shortly after we made our first turn as he was running up to meet us. Turns out Gucci lives on the corner of the road for our second turn. YHC likes making it easy for…

It was a typical early August morning in many ways just like last Friday in The Village except today 10 pax showed up to run or walk routes that were familiar to most. These were a repeat of last week’s routes when only the Brothers Perry showed up. Obviously respect for the Q was the…
The title says it all, but wait there’s more… At 0525 it was just #TheBrothersPerry. YHC tried to talk Schneider into just going home, since both of us had already discussed we were only going to walk a couple miles (see why below), but Schneider wasn’t having that. Thanks for the push, Bro! Routes were…
6 pax came together in the cool late July gloom for another adventure with the #BBBC. The pax broke up into 2 groups, a 4.1 mile team (60, Ramses, and Huck) and a 3.1 mile team (Schneider, Katniss, and Harden). After pleasantries where exchanged, the pax headed off on the routes as follows: 2.1 Mile…

6 pax gathered in the steamy thick gloom at Clemmons Presbyterian for another weekly installment of the #BBBC. This was a familiar course for those who have been around for a while, unfortunately, most of those pax did not show and as a result those that did had some trepidation of getting lost. Neighborhood resident,…
YHC’s impending departure from the WeFoCo area led to the farewell tour at BBBC this morning. 9 PAX cried tears of joy and sadness as we ran through YHC’s neighborhood one final time. YHC is not leaving the overall DashPax, just moving into W-S, which seems to have the President of WeFoCo, Sour Mash, consulting…
Gucci Q’d his first BBBC on this slightly less humid morning, along the banks of the River Yadkin, with a small, yet motivated group of short-distance runners. The routes weren’t the most popular in recent BBBC history, but there were scenic, and spirits were high. Everyone elected to jaunt down the shorter 3.03 mile route,…
What with it being Friday and all, 6 Pax were expecting to run in the rain. Neither Perry Brother was there, but the Pax carried on. Luck was on our side, as a rain-free run was had by all. All Pax elected to run the shorter (3.25 mile) route and stayed together. Announcements/Prayer Requests…
