YHC failed to assign a Q for 8/24 running of #WIB …@Thistle was kind enough to remind YHC of this fact via Twitter…so, with a guilty soul YHC took it upon himself to head up this week’s running of the famed #DashWIB. Bailey Park (WS’s wonderful new outdoor gathering space) offered a convenient AO for YHC…it’s all about me!

The events of WIB went something like this:

Starting at the south end of Bailey Park, run up Vine St. just past the 5th street bridge and turn left down the walk path and stop for exercise #1:

10 Pull-Ups

Continue run across pkg. lot to N. Patterson Ave., turn left run down to south end of park. Stop at south end of park for the following exercises:

20 Merkins

20 Heels to Heaven

20 Squats

20 Dips

Repeato the run and exercises until 0612

Fun WIB Facts:

Completed 6 laps – ~2.0 mi

60 Pull-ups

120 Merkins

120 Heels/Heaven

120 Squats

120 Dips

COT: Thistle took PAX out with gracious words of thanks and praise.

Moleskin:

• YHC learned that Root Canal and Thistle have been pals for decades! The two of them have completed 6 marathons together!
• Both men are beasts! YHC was sucking wind just to hang in close proximity. Enjoyed the time and conversation with these fine men!
