NMM
- YHC was surprised by the numbers even with the threat of sprints.
- The issue YHC has seen when sprinting in the past is the lack of proper warm up. YHC nipped that in the bud and there was surprisingly little mumblechatter.
- Lysol was worried that I would be monitoring his nasal breathing. Let’s just say he did not follow directions.
- Nothing makes me happier than how excited Whirly gets about sprinting. He has a new plan to train for BRR…just don’t run.
- Thanks for the push Sac!
- Thanks for the opportunity to lead Chomper!

Whirly
I already tweeted it, but that was a great Redline. The warm-up exercises were very effective- I don’t think anyone broke anything. I really liked the format as well. Enjoyed rapping with Tuco and Toto during the track portion.
Thanks for leading TR.

Not so fast there whirlybird bird! Little pulled hamstring on final sprit. Got a little too carried away. Thank you Dr. Mr. Hand for the treatment protocol. Toto back soon. Middle aged sprint club does have its downsides! But thank u TR for the push.
Tuco
That was great. Running and 2nd F was solid.
Discussed a number of things including ballgags, purchasing a speculum, Whirly declared his heterosexuality and YHC suggested to Toto he should have tweaked hamstring earlier to save himself a bit of running.
Fantastic morning. Thanks brothers.
TR, solid leadership and plan.

YHC is still sore from this great workout TR.
