I don’t know why Tuco asked me to Q yesterday, did he forget to acquire a volunteer?  Did the previous Q bail out?  I don’t know, but I agreed and 16 pax got a rehash of the last time I q’ed at the Estate.  I call it the Suicide Squad!

At promptly 2 minutes after 5:30, YHC arrived, right on time according to Tuco and Plunger, and the games began.  We moseyed to the bottom parking lot, and by bottom parking lot, I mean over by the bridge.  YHC needs to learn the AO as I made that mistake the last time as well.  Warmorama as follows:

There may have been some miscounting, I have trouble with that.

Mosey down to the field where YHC set up two sets of four cones in a line.

Group 1
Do burpees at the start and when you return to the baseline (4,3,2,1)
Race to first cone, Merkins x10, then back
2nd cone, LBC’s x 20, and back
3rd cone, Squats x 40, and back

Group 2
Same as 1, with Diamond Merkins, WWII’s, and alternating lunges

Switch sides and repeat

Second set: 5 squat jumps each time you return to the baseline
(1) Wide Merkins, Peter Parkers, overhead claps
(2) Hand release Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Seal Claps

3rd Set-Regular suicides @ half, 3/4 and full speed

I forgot where the speed bumps were and had to Omaha to adjust. 4 burpees, run up Hill  to first speed bump and back, 3 burpees, run to stop sign and back, 2 burpees, run to 2nd stop sign and back.
