As site-Q, it occasionally falls on YHC’s shoulders to step up and Q a beatdown. And that is precisely what happened this morning. Humid, yet dry conditions met the Pax.
One FNG was present. (Naming: A UNC grad, who coaches girls soccer…did not take too long for Hamm to be suggested….even better…Mia. Welcome!)

Mosey to front field. Run one lap, stopping at each of the four corners to perform a set of exercises. The exercises were:
1st turn – Copperhead squats x 15 IC
2nd turn – R leg lunge x 15 OYO
3rd turn – L leg lunge x 15 OYO
4th turn – Squats x 15
Back to shelter for:

Mosey to back of YMCA, and grab a cinder block for:

Not only did we have an FNG – Mia, but last week’s FNGs (Cannoli and Double-Check) were back. Great job guys, keep up the great work!
You can really tell that the days are getting shorter. Entire beatdown was in the dark…or was that the eclipse?

Schneider has some family and friends that are dealing with several issues. Prayers for them.
Fingers’ granddaughter needs all of our prayers as she deals with some difficulties. Was noticeably difficult for Fingers to talk about it. Keep strong my brother, we are here for you!!
