With many of the #Dawgpound “regulars” (if indeed they can be so called) off representin’ at the #BRR, 3 “left behind” PAX decided to tour the outskirts of Tanglewood instead of the park proper and traded the deep, dark woods for the quiet streets of suburbia.

After it was all over, they had put 4.5 miles behind them and not a few reps of exercises. Scenery notwithstanding, a pretty standard day at #Dawgpound.

The THANG
Run about 4.5 miles from the dog park down Harper Rd around Morgan Elementary, down to the Village Point Greenway around Village Point “Lake” and back. We stopped about every 0.5 miles for 30 reps of 3 exercises with a pre-defined (sort of) mix of 1) Cardio, 2) Arm, 3) Leg, and 4) Abs.

3. (arms) Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, Diamond Merkins (#Crowdpleaser)

5. (cardio) Mountain Climbers, SSH, Run with Scissors (x20 reps)
6. (arms) OH Claps, Arm Swirlies, Seal Claps (x20 reps)
7. (abs) Freddie Mercury, Low Dolly, Heels to Heaven (x15 reps IC)

@DeepBlue and @Fingers took us out.

• Prayers for the folks in the path of Irma and others suffering from natural disasters lately (Texas, South Asia, Mexico)
