YHC’s morning started at 4:30 in the BLAM!  Met Sgt. Schultz at #TheDistillery and we clown car’d to Schneider’s to pick up him and Wort. We rolled to our next location at the Holiday Inn Express by Childress Vineyards hoping to see a few more F3WS PAX show up.  A little 2nd F while we waited and at 0545 we hopped back in the vehicular and made our way to #TheCourt.

As we were doing a little reconnaissance, we met Born Again Beavis.  He gave us a quick tour and we all grabbed some blocks and brought them to the back of the AO where the beatdown would take place.

PAX assembled, introduction was made and YHC led a Lexington themed beatdown as follows:

Warm-O-Rama:

• Route 64 Arm Swirly Things Forward x 6 & 4 IC
• Route 64 Arm Swirly Things Backward x 6 & 4 IC
• I-85 Imperial Stormtroopers x 8 & 5 IC
• I-85 Side Straddle Hops x 8 & 5 OYO
• Route 52 Seal Claps x 5 & 2 IC
• Route 52 Overhead Claps x 5 & 2 IC
• Bob Timberlake’s aka Abe Vigodas x 15 IC

The THANG:

Modified Deck of Death

• Hearts = “Pork Shoulder” Presses aka Block Shoulder Presses
• Diamonds = “High Rock” Squats aka Goblet Squats
• Clubs = “Lexington Dip” aka Bench Dips
• Spades = “RCRs” aka LBCs
• Jack, Queen or King of any suit = “Caution Lap”
• Jokers = Wild Card

Flip an Ace (1) through 10 and perform number of reps of exercise based on the suit

Flip a face card and run a “Caution Lap” around designated area

Flip a Joker and perform 5 Burpees

We finished the deck in time to put up our blocks and mosey to the parking lot for MARY that went into a little OT!

MARY:

At the direction of Sgt. Schultz our new friend Ballcycles led us in ABCs.  We spelled something, but I don’t think anyone knew what it was, even Ballcycles!

Sgt. Schultz shared the best cadence call in all of F3 Nation and led us in American Hammers

COT:

I believe it was Deacon that took us out in prayer thanking God for (in summary) all three F’s!

NMM:

It was an honor for YHC to lead the PAX of F3LexNC!  #TheCourt is a great AO and I encourage all F3WS PAX to show their support to help grow the region!
