DashWIB gets a Full Benjamin in today!

7 savvy shoppers came to Thruway this morning to figure out an edition of WIB that was focused on eight and Benjamin. Our work was like this:

Figure 8 running around the North and South buildings
Stop in the middle each time for sets of 20 merkins of various varieties and for 1 min of planking once enough trips completed to reach the Patch-designated 100
Few mins of round the horn Mary to bring us to conclusion

Didn’t really count how many times we went around, but when time was called nobody complained. All completed at least 3 miles of movements.

Drano was happy not to have to Q Warrior 1
Spamalot is in fine form for his bourbon relay this weekend.
Whirly was much faster after visiting the facilities at the golden arches mid-WIB
Palen is excited to celebrate Swiss Miss’ Birthday in an impactful way
Thistle will soon be the King of DashWIB. Long live the King!
Root Canal was frustrated to only do 100 merkins, so he ran fast to make up for the light load.

Toto – thanks for leading – simple and effective – a fun time had by all. But now my shoulders are so massive I can’t wash my hair.
