6 PAX Flatlined this morning.  When presented with the opportunity to substitQ today, YHC beamed at the possible opportunities.  YHC deemed that hill repeats were in order, so the PAX set off to run the Dash Stadium hill and to do repeats up 1st Street.

1st Street at Cin Cin Burger Bar/Quiet Pint

This station was definitely the PAX’s favorite part.  At the bottom of the 1st Street hill, the PAX did 10 Merkins.  Then they ran up to Sunset to do 10 Burpees.  They ran back to the bottom to repeat their 10 Merkins.  On the way back up, they did 10 Burpees and then 10 Dry Docks at West End before returning to the bottom.  On the last hill repeat, they did 10 Merkins, 10 Burpees, 10 Dry Docks, and 10 Jump Squats at the top!

There was a fair amount of mumble chatter this AM.  Pita talked about how he hunts hogs, and Stats suggested that he take up owl (or Hedwig) hunting.  Some doubted YHC’s planning in taking us to the bottom of 1st Street.  BAM thought he would be back home around 7:30 AM.  However, YHC came through and we finished at 6:15 AM exactly.

Prayers for the Bourbon Chase team this weekend

Prayers for a local firefighter (Jason Hensley from Burke County) who was killed in the line of duty yesterday

The three miles of running, burpees, and hill repeats was a great challenge for YHC.  Thanks to Beverly for bringing out former FNG Matt, who is now Psi.  His beard reminded the PAX of Duck Dynasty.

It was a privilege to lead this morning and to grow stronger with these friends.  Thanks for the keys, Beverly!
