A whopping two pax posted at Mayhem this morning, and neither was the scheduled Q.

Quiver and YHC decided to do something completely different, like running interspersed with some exercises, so that’s what we did.  Some in cadence, some OYO.  It was craycray.

YHC took us to the rock pile to do some rock stuff, then over to the Jamison Park shelter for some bench work, then to Castenada Court to sit around, and then down to the track.  By the time we got to the track, YHC figured that it would just turn into some time-wasting moseying, but we did do a little sprinting on turn three when we crossed paths with a skunk out for its morning constitutional.  Got the heart rate up.  Fortunately, we were so blazingly fast that the skunk didn’t have time to spray us.  That was enough of the track, so we moseyed back to the parking lot for some Mary and called it a day.
