Umm, what can you really write about a running workout?  A bunch of dudes went jogging in the dark.  There were some right turns.  There were some left turns.  Sometimes there were no turns.  There were even a few uphills and downhills.  Everyone finished and made it back to the parking lot safely – you can stop the whining now.  A good time was had by all.  Much love and admiration directed towards the Q for the routes.  On a completely unrelated note, what does ‘DW’ mean?
