18 PAX hit it hard this am at #TheEstate on a warm, wet Monday.
Exercises transpired approximately as follows:
W-o-R – SSH, IST, Abe Vigoda, CH Squats, Arm Circle Thingies, Mtn Climbers.
Mosey to the courtyard / patio and partner up.
Partner #1 runs to the bottom of the hill and back. Partner #2 does an exercise. Flap jack. Exercises were Merkins, Irkins, Derkins and Dips.
Mosey to the building at the bottom of the hill and grab some wall.
People’s chair – regular, Jack Reachers, Head / Shoulders / Knees / Toes and Seal Claps.
Mosey to the circle behind Silo and grab some curb.
Fast feet, Lunges, Fast Feet, Lunges.
Mosey to the lower end of adjacent parking lot and partner up (with a different partner this time).
Dora 1-2-3-4 (Omaha’d to 1-2-2-2).
Ended up doing 50 Burpees, 100 Jump Squats, 100 Squats, 100 WWII Situps.
Mosey to the lot for 2 min of Mary – Mutton Crunches and Low Flutter.
Done.
