After the debacle of last week (thanks Geppetto) and playing frogger on Lewisville Clemmons Road, time to get back to our roots.
Fresh off the exciting news that #OH4TB had been officially accepted for the 2018 Bourbon Chase, several of us thought it was time to get after it!
As YHC, pulled in to the VI parking lot, I caught a glimpse of Road Apple as he drove off. That man is dedicated.
Thus 7 repeat customers headed out on our favorite route, passing Publix, and heading along village point drive. Past Morgan Elementary School and Novant Health. Some continued to Harper Road and out to peacehaven. Others did other stuff near the hospital and then reversed course.
All told, distances covered totaled 2 miles up to 3.5 (not including EC)

We are getting faster. Harden had his fastest 5k time ever. As did Schneider. YHC “flew” during the second mile.
Even though Running is stupid and dumb, if you keep at it…..you can actually make real progress

Excellent work by all this morning! The #BBBC crew keeps working hard and making strides. Definitely taking on that Clydesdale mentality – Bigger, Stronger, Fast-ish.
Come have breakfast with us sometime if you have never been out! The rumors about our gang are unfounded, we would love to have you.
