Couple months back YHC participated in a “high tempo boot camp” down in F3 Metro which consisted of running and parking decks, so…..

Starting with the Old Faithful (Cherry Street parking deck across from First Pres) PAX, many of which had already participated in a 6 mile EC run, chased an overly excited Geppetto teeming with Q Juice through town to the top of various frozen parking decks to perform the following cumulative exercises:

After consistently Mongoose-ing the Six, the escapade ended at the Benton Convention Center deck with some partner work – Partner A broad jumps from one end of parking deck ramp to the other while Partner B performs a continuous cycle of all prior exercises.

Omaha and back to base.

Several PAX reminded us that You Don’t Have to be In Charge to be a Leader by picking up the Q’s slack while waiting for their brothers in the Gloom.

Van Gogh is planning a fundraiser event later this spring – something about a huge wall-sit contest, complete with various divisions and competitions.. should be interesting.

Sleeper- strong work brother, glad to have you back, and thank you for your service.

Toe Tag, Hedwig, Thistle – strong work picking up the Six (as always!)

Cheese Steak- Looking forward to the VQ homie! That makes 4 VQ/CoQ’s chalked up for the next few weeks (Cheese  Steak & Toe Tag, Gelding & Van Gogh, Blue Steel and Thistle, and Burns & YHC)
