Staring thinking about what we should do Monday AM after Snookie’s tough leg workout, and for a while all I could come up with was lying on the ground. Eventually figured we’d do minimal leg exercises, but then run up and down hills in between them so never mind.
Warmed up with a jog around the track stopped on the far side for warmoramma:
SSH x20
slow mountain climbers x10
IST x20
Forward and reverse arm circles x20 followed by arms circles in opposite directions-practice needed
Then mosey to Wiley stairs, bunny hoped up he stairs to the top
Partnered up for DORA 1-2-3
Squat Jumps x100
Merkins x200
LBCs x300
split between partners while one ran a loop down and up the stairs
Mosey to education hill:
7 v-ups at bottom, run up 1 plankjack at top run down. Repeat with 1 less v-up and one more PJ to 1 and 7
Mosey to intimidator for Mary(exercise then run to next stop sign)
R and L mutton crunches
