Pax of 9 were sucked in to the heavy #Redline promotion offering FREE PARKING at the YMCA! And boy did the marketing offer work! Yes, it rained. Yes, our shoes got wet. Yes, Toto insinuated that YHC was making stuff up. Yes, Walter White is freaky fast. Yes, there is construction at HPk. But, none of these variable could stop the DASHPAX from strutting their stuff on the track! Here’s what else happened…

Warm-Up:

• Short mosey to end of Y
• Toy soliders
• A leg skips
• B leg skips
• Mosey to stairs past Intimidator (short backward run, which made Toto nervous)

The Thang: 2×200 (walk 100 after ea run), 2×400(walk 200 after ea run), 2×800(walk 400 after ea run)

BOM: YHC took PAX out w/ words of thanks and appreciation and call for humilty

Annc:  Not one annc…but is pouring rain at this point

Moleskin:

• Peacemaker is rebranding his company – still keeping peace, but much more leadership focus!
• Walter White seems to have gotten faster…WTH #Mancrush
• Toto has not gotten faster…
• Whirly is a stud!
• Manscape pissed off the YMCA by skipping out on the parking reimbursement.
• Valdez is busy as hell at work building decks #Notthehomeimprovementtypes
• Sac doesn’t like the rain and therefore was not very talkative…I think he posted only for the free parking.
• And not one single PAX asked for a raincheck at the end!
