Five pax enjoyed a fairly perfect morning by running ~3.25 miles (rather than the 3.16 YHC previously reported to the Twitterverse) in the Old Sherwood Forest neighborhood.  We followed up with some of everyone’s most favorite exercises during rounds of tabata.

Prayer requests:

Van Gogh is flying to NJ for some insane mud/obstacle/running race this weekend, so prayers for travel and a safe and successful race.

Ongoing prayers for our Greensboro neighbors as they continue to recover from the recent storms/tornado.

NMM:

YHC was relieved to arrive at today’s launch to find some pax, even though Juice Box confirmed earlier that he’d be there.  He fortunately seems to have a fairly high tolerance for YHC.  #sadclowntrauma

Lemming still hasn’t broken himself.  Woot!  Hope that keeps up for a variety of reasons . . . always a good pax to be around.

Bluto was pleased to have some tunes for RnG.  No particular comments on the musical selections, but no one “accidentally” broke the speaker so I guess that can be construed as approval.

Van Gogh said he was going to call SSHs and something else, but when we didn’t have time for a full round, he shifted to burpees.  YHC suspects that we would’ve done burpees no matter what.  #beast

Cheerio wasn’t there, nor was Skinny Glazer.  Not sure if the former made it out of the fartsack today, but the latter is now more inclined to hang with Mongoose.
