despite some initial confusion about which parking lot of ardmore moravian church to meet in, yhc was delighted to see ten smiling faces join me in the gloom. yhc welcomed the pax and explained that we would be running around a block with 4 corners. yhc had thoughtfully prepared 4 pieces of cardboard with 3 exercises on each to be placed at each corner as a reminder for the pax.

corner #1: iron mikes x10, heels to heaven x20, balls to the tree for 30 seconds

corner #2: diamond merkins x10, american hammer x20, low plank for 30 seconds

corner #3: burpees x10, ww2 situps x20, 6 inches for 30 seconds

corner #4: carolina dry dock x10, freddie mercury x20, al gore for 30 seconds

repeat loop as many times as possible (i think we all did 4 or 5 laps, though some exercises were skipped on the last lap)

seemed like everyone had a good time. kotters to suede who posted for the first time in a while, maybe because i was holding his jacket hostage and this was a condition of its return. apologies to those pax that posted at armore baptist church or ardmore methodist church and thus missed the workout, i should have put a sign at all nearby churches directing you to the proper one. that hill coming up elizabeth was a real crowd pleaser, glad no one rolled down it. side note, lockland park smelled like natural gas, someone should do something about that.
