Not only had Cherry Pie never Q’d Village Idiocy, he had never stepped foot on the premises. Thus, a Sunday afternoon scouting run revealed a rather large & plentiful AO, ripe with opportunity.  However, CP later found that he had exhausted his entire store of creativity in preparing for a hearty Mother’s Day celebration. Mama won out and 4 highly motivated “All Star / Best & Brightest” pax were relegated to a rather routine beatdown.  Indeed, once CP found the pax at 05:29:15 he was pleased to see such an accomplished & seasoned bunch…actually for the record CP beat Spicoli to the AO by 39 tics.

It went something like this….

Mosey to the “small” track:

• 1 warm up lap
• Side straddle hop x 20
• Hill Billy’s x 20
• Squats x 20

Round 1 x  4 rounds

• 1 lap
• 5 pull-ups
• 10 jump squats
• 10 shoulder slap merkins
• 10 Freddy Mercurys

Round 2 –  partner work

• 1^st partner run to opposite soccer goal & back
• 2^nd partner & flap jack
• 50 burpees
• 75 merkin jacks
• 100 full extension crunches

Round 3 –  meant to be 4 corners, but only time for 1 corner

• 10 jump shots each side
• 10 merkins
• 10 knee tucks
• 10 crunchy frogs
• 10 lunges
• 10 wide merkins
• 10 hill billy knee tucks
• 10 ski abs

Mary

• 10 Mutton crunches each leg
• DONE!

A good time was had by all as far as yhc could tell. The mumble chatter was more muted than expected, although a it was noted that humidity has returned to the gloom.  A good sweat to kick off the work week.  An honor to be with Starfish, Boomerang, Fingers and Spicoli.  Fine work men!

• Spicoli would appreciate prayers for a challenging few weeks ahead
• Yhc took the pax out – grateful for the F3 fellowship and courage for each of us to step through the doors God opens in front of us. For His glory, in Jesus name.
