Copyrighted Cardboard

With Van Gogh’s lower extremities on IR (while his upper body remains in full beatdown mode!), Cherry Pie tried to do his part and substitute-Q on the last fly. Following another epic Goofy cardboard beatdown on Tuesday at Flatline, YHC thought he would push the easy-button and borrow one of said cardboards from the man himself. No surprise, Goofy’s famous collection of cardboards are not only under lock & key, but our dear friend has copyrighted each & every one. Thus, CP was left to his own creative talents (or lack thereof).
Actually, the morning was rather routine. Meet at Thruway shopping center. Run around one building, stop in between Talbots & Steinmart – complete a series of exercises & run around the 2nd building, rinse & repeat. All of this following the proper warm-a-rama of course.

- 10 burpees
- 10 jump squats
- 10 hillbillys
- 10 derkins
- 10 full extension crunches
- Lap & repeat
As the morning progressed, the pax became rather quiet and focused on the task at hand. Well, with one exception…Cheerio was smacking his gums as usual. Likewise, Zima had an occasional comment that would suggest he was thankful to be in our presence. Otherwise, it was just good ole fashioned grinding it out.
