YHC arrived at 6:50am and found Offsides sitting in his car. As time got closer to 7 YHC started wondering if anyone else actually post. Good news is cars started to arrive and we circled up with a group 15 including 1 FNG.

YHC took us out thanking God for the PAX and our ability to strengthen our bodies and each other. Let us be a light of grace to the city

As stated earlier Offsides and I wondered if it would be just the two of us. We were pleasantly surprised and then confused to see BAM arrive in Bluto’s truck wearing cachos and a polo shirt. Something about college tours and no time for the 1st F of F3.
PAX seemed to tolerate the Broadway playlist. Hoptoberfest and Burlap were heard singing along. Not typical “pump up” or “workout music” but it can get the blood going. Burlap did suggest not performing any of the exercises above in the theater if you do happen to see Les Miserable in person.
Two minutes of step ups during is hard and stupid. Spamalot was pushing hard to my left which kept me going.
PAX were a bit concerned when I lead the peleton run into a neighborhood. YHC was on home turf so was comfortable cruising Hope Valley to the path to the rock pile. I promised dry shoes.
Ripple is a beast. At the rock pile he found a huge rock and powered through the exercises.
Traffic jams were constant around the traffic circle. Many PAX couldn’t figure out the difference between clockwise and counterclockwise. Everyone wants to be an individual.
During the Broadway medley at the rock pile Boomerang properly identified several shows very quickly. Name that tune.
Undertow was a big fan of the high notes in the Phantom of the Opera.
Welcome to former FNG Oompa. David Dahl is a self proclaimed huge Duke fan and was EH’d by VanPelt and Splash. Elon College Alum works in the banking industry. PAX decided to be kind and went down the Roald Dahl road. David Dahl -> Roald Dahl -> Willy Wonka -> Oompa Loompa -> Welcome Oompa!
It was a pleasure to Q this fine group of men!

Burlap
Great job, Closer. I like the lower number of reps but they just kept coming and coming.
I usually enjoy the Les Mis soundtrack but will have a twinge of negative association on “Look Down”.
DQ Drama Queen
Hate to have missed this and yesterday’s UA Man of La Mancha (part of The Little Theatre’s upcoming season) theme. #dashpaxculture
