Request for a substiQ by the new SiteQ, Sassy, was sent out to the #WeFoCo run group on Friday. YHC beat Schneider to the punch, but then suggested a CoQ where YHC would handle Warm-O-Rama and Mary while Schneider took care of TheThang. To my surprise, Schneider agreed without hesitation. Mash FTW!
The remnants of a beer-per-hole golf shenanigans that YHC participated in on Saturday along with a crotchety, aging labrador retriever that decided to lay some timber on the kitchen floor this AM caused a delay in my arrival. Schneider was leading the PAX in SSHs when YHC pulled up, so I took my time getting out because those things make my fat jiggle, as does movement in general. #NotAGoodLook
Warm-O-Rama brought to you by Mash consisted of Peter Parkers, Arm Swirly Things forward, Arm Swirly Things backward, Hillbillie’s, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps and Abe Vigoda’s. Not necessarily in that order.
After WoR, Schneider led the PAX to the back track where we were joined by Sgt. Schultz. A few of us thought we recognized his car in the parking lot but no one wanted to check to see if he was sleeping in said car. Suddenly, Spicoli appeared, no wait, it was Sgt. Schultz. His EC run took longer than expected or he planned it that way. He joined the rest of the PAX for a mosey around the track, stopping at each corner for a called exercise; pull ups, supine pull ups, push ups (huh?) and something else YHC can’t remember. Before we made it back to start, Schneider had us mosey halfway down and partner up for some Dora 1-2-3. YHC offered to leave since we had odd numbers but Buttermaker was having none of that. About quarter of the way through, Spicoli showed up way after the designated Spicoli time. He must have been waxing his noggin. He saddled up beside the threesome of YHC, Sgt. Schultz and D-Day and performed some exercises, but YHC was too busy mouth breathing to notice.
After Dora, Schneider led the PAX to the shelter for some bench work. We performed two rounds of right and left leg step ups, dirkins, erkins, picnic table bench presses, dips and picnic table shoulder shrugs. First round was 10 OYO, round 2 we increased by 5 OYO. Spicoli was admiring Lite Brite’s form and I think it made LB a little uncomfortable.
Time for Mary. We moseyed back to the parking lot and sat on our sixes. Mutton crunches, LBCs (because we didn’t do enough of those already), Freddie Merc’s, Rosalita’s and Superman/Banana (crowd pleaser). YHC was not prepared for 10 full minutes of Mary, so he enlisted the help of the PAX. Spicoli stepped in with some Peter Parkers, Parker Peters and Merkins. Schneider finished up with something, but my memory is fading, YHC is almost 40.
CoT:
- LB announced that Boomerang is recently engaged to his ex-wife. Now everyone knows why he was named Boomerang!
- D-Day just had a birthday
- Splash’s Dolce de Mayo this Saturday. Fundraiser for leukemia and/or Billy Joel tickets. PAX should have received an e-mail.
- Prayers for Spicoli’s ankle
- Prayers for the Missionary overseas that has been locked up in Turkey, has a retrial today
- LB recommends seeing the movie ‘I Can Only Imagine’, its not cheesey like Kirk Cameron
LB took us out like a true #HIM. Tclaps, sir!
Enjoyable group of PAX this morning! Quite a bit of MC going on and lots of support for your fellow PAX. That’s what F3 is all about! Thanks for the keys, Sassy!

Not sure if Lite Brite has ever been made uncomfortable. When it comes to making someone uncomfortable, LB is usually the Maker not the Makee.
