Run and Gun Backblast through the dark and dangerous streets of BV
Pax; Wiki, The Vig, Mutton, Juice Box, ‘Bout Time.
5 braved the dangerous streets of Buena Vista for RnG 3.2 miler. The Vig, recovering from Time Laps, did a charity run. Mutton went out ahead, then added bonus time with a wrong turn. All good fun.
15 minutes of tabata, including a Wilt Chamberlain with a Rockette.
Wiki mentioned the Road Apple run in Clemmons this weekend.
Q took us out with prayer, including Singing Cowboy’s recovery.
