Thanked Him for F3 and the encouragement of the pax.  Asked for His wisdom to help us to encourage others and to allow F3 to make us better men so that we can glorify Him.

NMM

• Amazing group of pax and amazing energy out there!  Everyone was getting after it!  YHC was encouraged greatly and was honored to lead!
• YHC’s intention was to get the pax winded early, but could not shake @Offsides and @Bluto during the DB Drills – those dudes were pushing me to my limits!
• The air was thick but YHC reminded the pax to look on the bright side, “It could have been 100% humidity instead of 99%“.
• @Splash reminded YHC of what a 10-count was… but it kind of went in one ear, and out the other.  This wasn’t a 10-count kind of day.
• YHC may have hit puberty during cadence at “the wall”.  Of course, the pax caught on to that one quickly.
• I’m sure there was more, but YHC was in the Q-zone and could not hear much past own labored breathing.  Feel free to comment.
