Let’s face it, Red Line is one workout where you just have to deal with the elements, which is what a PAX of 5 did this morning when the downpour began promptly at 05:30 and continued for over half of the workout.
Warm-Up
2 Laps around the Y and continue to the track
Stop about 3/4 of the way around the track for:
400
800
1200
800
400
Between each interval, slow jog, or mosey up the steps toward the pull-up bars and back
End with short run up Brookstown, right on Carolina Ave, to West End Blvd. and back to the Y parking lot.
COT
Prayers for Greenspan’s newly born nephew who is being monitored

All the PAX worked hard.
All the PAX got soaked.
Agree with Greenspan that rain is better than sweat.
A pleasure to lead today or any day, rain or no rain.
YHC took the PAX out with thanks for being able to run and for guidance in taking on the rest of the day.

This proves once again, as if it was necessary, that F3 makes things fun that wouldn’t be done if one was alone. Thanks to the group for the push.
