YHC took the pax out… giving thanks, and asking for wisdom to be the men He wants us to be… impacting others and our communities in a positive way… and shining His light on others.

- @SourMash made his debut at #Mayhem! I hope it was everything he wanted and more! Come back any time!
- The #Mayhem pax were also blessed with the presence of @Patch! He must’ve thought that since YHC was the Q, it was a running workout. The burpees, early on, reminded him why he loves and misses bootcamp workouts.
- YHC learned that YHC is too predictable. Many pax were calling out what exercises would be called during Mary – before Mary. They were right. Smart pax.
- Pax also wondered if YHC camped out in car last night – assuming that was the only way YHC could’ve actually made it to the AO early.
- It actually has been awhile since YHC posted to #Mayhem. First time posting since the Jamison Park area has been complete, so had to get over there and check it out.
- All the pax were getting after it this morning – even @Mongoose.
- An honor and privilege to lead the pax – the encouragement they provide is immeasurable. Thanks for the keys, @Zima!
- Welcome FNG @Turnover (or @TO) (fka Eric Sweet)!!!
- @Turnover just met @TotalRecall a few weeks ago – on a singular occasion at some event. @TR, EH’d him and told him about #Mayhem – suggesting he’d meet him there.
- @TO showed up, @TR did not. (Foul! or better yet… #Turnover!)
- Also… @Turnover had actually posted @ F3 Raleigh years ago. Has since moved to WS, and came back to F3… (part of rationale of name… Boomerang? nah, already used… Rebound? that could work, but… Turnover? yep… somehow, based on the whole @TR thing… @Turnover (@TO) just seems to work.

Burlap
The warm-up was really a “hot-up” as YHC was sweating about five minutes in and out of breath at ten minutes in.
Moseying was the only “rest” time.
Not much MC because the pace of the work shut the Pax down.
YHC did the one legged step ups in cadence but at half the pace of Zuck. YHC looked around some during bench derkins and more than one pax were just planking and/or trying to get some energy.
Could finally talk to Prospector a little on the mosey back because he slowed down enough to run beside me and talk WC2018.
I’m summary, this sucked. Thank you
