YHC has not been to redline in quite some time.  The invitation to Q was a good draw back to the track.  After lasts week road work on the Flying Dutchman it was time to run in circles.  The temps were a cool 63* with mist in the air.  17 PAX gathered at 5:30, a very limited disclaimer was provided, PAX started to mosey, Zuck screamed into a parking spot and caught up with the PAX.

During the long warm up mosey we did butt kickers and high knees around the park.  Arrived at the track for power skips and one more lap because YHC was feeling tight.

Mosey off the track, through some grass, to the base of Pilot View. Run up PV across Carolina down Clover to the parking lot.

YHC took us out thanking God for the PAX, prayed for summer and students done with school, prayed for students who are food insecure.  Pray that love and grace will come from us everyday.

18 for redline is awesome.  Really great to be running with and being pushed by so many others.

Glad to have visiting PAX from Burlington, Rat, as he’s in town for the week.

Nantan did not approve that much time spent on the track.

Enjoyed seeing and meeting some new faces.

Even with the ideal temps the PAX managed to break on through and work up quite the lather.  Strong work by all and it was my honor, privilege and pleasure to Q.
