12 PAX posted in one of the most pleasant glooms of the year for a Conspiracy beatdown led by Bueller? (or was it Spicoli?) After some chit-chat got Bueller? distracted from the start time, it eventually went something like this.
WARMARAMA consisting of Imperial Walkers, SSHs, LBCs, and Merkins
THE THANG mosey from the parking lot down to education hill (watch for ankle busting potholes in the grass)
Gather at the bottom of education hill. Bear Crawl up, 5 Burpees, Run around Wiley MS and back down to bottom of Education Hill. At bottom of hill, line up in a specified order and conduct 10 IC WWII situps with arms interlocked. Repeato ALL
Line up orders:
- Age (WD to WB)
- Time coming to F3 (5yrs to 2wks)
- Time at current work (33yrs to 2wks)
- hair left on top of head (mop-top LambChop to spicoli)
- Shoe size (boats to tiny dancer)
After the shoe size line up, the PAX formed a Tunnel of Love for two iterations and then moseyed back to parking lot
MARY the Q led a few exercises (Burpees, Heels to Heaven, WWI situps, Russian twist) then the PAX added their own flavor including the following Low Flutter, Mutton Crunch, Merkins, Penguin Crunch, Windshield Wipers (#crowdpleaser), and some others that YHC has blocked from memory.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Watch for alternate launch location for conspiracy next week because more construction will close NorthWest Blvd. around the schools.
