Mosey to football field
Eating the Elephant
- Combines a Mode of Transport (MoT) and an exercise.
- Start at the goal line.
- Proceed for 10 yards to the 10 yard line via MoT, do x10 reps of said exercise.
- Proceed similarly to the 20 yard line, do x20 reps…
- Proceed to the 30 yard line, do x30 reps…
- Proceed to the 40 yard line, do x40 reps…
- Proceed to the 50 yard line, do x50 reps…
- Run back to start & plan/Al Core for six.
- Each round covers 50 yards and x150 reps.
4 Rounds:
- MoT = Bear Crawl, Exercise = SSH
- MoT = Backward Bear Crawl, Exercise = Squat
- MoT = Lunge Walk, Exercise = Merkins
- MoT = Broad Jump/Bunny Hop, Exercise = LBC
Mosey to basketball court
Burpee Suicide
Do 1 “suicide” traversing both basketball courts making 4 stops – 1st half court, end of 1st court, 2nd half court, end of 2nd court – doing x5 Burpees at each stop. Total of x20 Burpees.
