The THANG:
Deck of Death – Each suit is a different exercise
- Hearts = Lunges
- Diamonds = Mountain Climbers
- Clubs = LBCs
- Spades = Merkins
Shuffle the deck (poorly) and flip over a card. Perform the number of exercises on the card based on the suit. Jack = 11, Queen = 12, King = 13, Ace = 14
Lunge walk to blocks and partner up for some block work
- Partners face each other with block
- Partner 1 does 1 curl and passes to Partner 2 for 2 curls
- Repeat-O back to Partner 1 for 3 curls and so on up to 21
More block/partner work
- All Partner 1’s plank and hold
- All Partner 2’s grab block and perform Cusack Indian Walk up parking lot towards breezeway and back
- Flip flop
Reverse lunge walk back to start for MARY

- Prayers for Touch Me Not and family. M is due very soon with 2.1, hoping to squeeze out a few more weeks in the oven.
- TSC requested prayers for the country (‘Murica) and the unpleasant discourse that seems to impede the lives of so many these days.
- Sgt. Schultz will be visiting Puerto Rico on the regular and has graciously agreed to be a liquor mule since it is so cheap duty free. Prayers for his safe travels to and from during these times.
