This was my first post to running workout in quite sometime. It was good to see some familiar faces that I had not seen in quite sometime. The Pax of 5 took a leisurely conversation pace thru Sherwood on the usual route out and back from Sherwood Elementary. YHC’s lack of running over the past 3 months definitely was felt about 2/3’s the way thru the run and I was glad the last part was downhill.Van Pelt was nice enough to run with YHC for a while, but I eventually had to let him wander off with Wiki. It was nice to catch up with Juice Box and find out that Capri Son will be running this fall for Tabor , and that yet another wedding is in the works.
When we got back and listened to some rocking 70’s and 80’s fun music while we did some tabata. My favorite was two sets of Mary together so we did not have to get up.
Prayer Requests:
Wiki- for both kids getting ready to go to college
Lite Brite- for Anna who just went off to NC State and for better decisions to be made in the future about her social life.
It was great to get out and run once again.
