OK, stole a workout from Mongoose, who stole it from Cobra.  Bad idea – should have realized that from the lineage alone.  However, #Flatline happened with a great group and hard effort.  It was a relatively cool with somewhat lower humidity, so I employed Q wisdom and went into a parking deck to minimize the cooling breezes and amp up the humidity.  After a short warm-up mosey, we started the Grim Reaper — see the fun we had in two groups covering almost all of the 4 stations of love:

Breaker – his brother-in-law ( 33 yo) and family dealing with an aortic aneurysm and Breaker has a new job as a lawyer in Richmond (moving in a month).

Root Canal (WD, Jr.) – I looked up and you were leading your group – MVP of Flatline???

Van Gogh – Only thing VG cannot do is read my cardboard instructions

Breaker – I never like the WB – especially when they are talented and so nice

Thistle (QIC and WD, Sr.) – Glad to be vertical after Flatline
