21 Tractors and OGs came and set a new land speed record with an out-and-back featuring a long down hill finish!

And if that doesn’t convince you .. you can be sure to give the other PAX a high five (or a trip) as you pass!

Despite the out and back route with minimal turns and elevation, a few PAX still managed to get lost this am. #BringAWeinkeNextTime

Otherwise, it was a slight break from the one up competition of grueling routes found at OGs.  #YourWelcome Consider the bar reset and now you can let the competition resume!

VanGogh is leading IS at Hanes park tomorrow and requests that PAX bring a kettlebell for a portion of the workout. He is trying out a new format so be sure to check it out (and give him your immediate uninhibited feedback!). if yo have more than one kettlebell, bring them for your friends.

BabyFace from Lenoir is still in need of prayers from the PAX. His son is at Brenner’s and they expect to hear results soon.
