It had been a while, since YHC had Q’d anything.  This apparently made Schneider nervous, it made YHC nervous, heck it make Sour Mash and Spamalot so nervous they posted practically in a different timezone.  Despite the length of time between Q’s (does it really count as a Q when it is just a run?), somehow the route was not only created, but posted (at least twice) before the day of run, the Q showed up as did six other strong PAX, the run happened, the post run tweet requirement was tweeted, and low and behold the BB has been written and posted (Sorry, YHC still has no idea what #Slack is).

Two routes were offered. A 3’ish that came in at 3.72 miles and a 4/5th of a mile (ask Sour Mash – his math is a bit off) that clocked in at 4.61 miles. Both routes conquered the highest peek in Tanglewood.  DQ and Schneider smoked the 3’ish miler.  Harden, Sassy, Fingers, Ramses, and YHC took on the 4/5th of a mile route.

All the PAX made it back in the allotted time.

YHC remembered the count-o-rama, name-o-rama, and COT.

It was agreed Sour Mash did panic upon realizing their was a subsitiute Q and suddenly become Spam’s BFF.

Upon returning DQ declared it was the hardest short route he had experienced at #BCCC. YHC was not sure if this was a compliment.

Ramses complained a lot about not having any legs and apologized for not being able to talk before promptly leaving YHC at mile 4 when he found another gear.

YHC is very impressed with the runner Harden is becoming. #WatchOutFastHoles

There was disappointment that the bottle of bourbon that may have been in YHC’s bag was not given away because the PAX was 13 short. There was also questioning of how the winner would have been picked if 20 PAX had shown up. Alas, we will have to find out next time.

The run up hole #1 of the Reynolds course seems to be a crowd-pleaser.

@Schneider @Beastlite Thanks again for the keys. Hopefully, YHC left #BCCC in good shape for the next Q.
