Congrats to Spam for creating a strength workout with plenty of cardio. 50 reps of that stuff at the beginning was not impossible but was pushing it.
Congrats to TMN and Huck for posting while small babies were sleeping (we hope).
Thanks to Spam and Bulldof for partner work. The reps with the blocks were excessive if you had a full block — doable if a half. TMN took care of his full by “setting “ it down not so gently. Smart.
