The PAX:  Thistle, Zima, Shingles, Root Canal, Mutton, Roosevelt, Palin, Stopyra, TPS, Litterbox, Hedwig

11 PAX gathered to suffer a Hedwig-style beatdown this AM.  At 0530, YHC gave Shingles the choice of which workout he wanted.  He choose workout #3 (out of 3 options).  So, the workout commenced something like this:

1. 1^st Street Hill Repeats
   1. Buddy Carry Up – 20 Merkins at the top
      1. Howling Monkeys at the bottom
   2. Buddy Carry Up (repeat) – 15 Freddy Mercuries at the top
      1. Jump Squats at the bottom
   3. Bear Crawl Up – 15 Box Cutters at the top
      1. Howling Monkeys at the bottom

Indian Run to the park by 1st Street and Church Street.  The park had lots of caution tape in place.  This hampered YHC’s plan.  Thistle assisted the PAX in navigating “around” the caution tape.  However, we decided to Omaha this part of the workout.  We ventured into a parking garage.

Inside the parking lot, a number of horrible things happened, including sprints, Carioca, Broad Based Jumps, Crab Walking, Freddy Mercuries, Walls Sits with Jack Reachers, Backwards Mosey, Erkins, and Derkins.  It was terrible.

The PAX mosey’d back to the starting parking lot.  Here we did Partner Leg Throws, Heels to Heaven, American Hammers, LBCs, and Box Cutters.
