Warm-O-Rama: we warmed by moseying down to Brunson just to make sure no pax were looking for us. Nothin’.
Mosey to the track at Hanes Park.
First up: the Bruce Lee workout:
- 20 hammer
- 20 leg raises
- 20 LBCs
- 20 penguin crunchs
- 20 crunchy frogs
- 20 100s
Rest, repeat, 3 rounds.
Next up:
- 10 merkins
- 10 squats
- 10 over head claps
Half lap around the track
- 9 merkins
- 9 squats
- 9 overhead claps
Repeat on down to 0.
Now time for…
- 20 dips
- 20 left and right leg lifts
- 20 irkins
Repeat-o with 10 reps.
Mosey long way back to start. We took a poll and decided we had enough abs work so we just did 15 cursory penguin crunches.
