7 pax met at Reynolda Village – in the usual parking lot for The Estate for a little round and round fun!

• 15 Squat Jumps

• 15 Low Flutters
• 15 Peter Parkers

• 15 side lunges
• 15 second elbow plank

Each lap is ~.5 miles.  Toto and Burlap slowed down to hang with the Q out of courtesy and we completed 6 laps.  The #fastholes – Zima and Cherry Pie completed 7.  And the #respects who are just beasts all the way around – Van Pelt & Ink Spot, completed more than 6 easily.

• Kapow, one of my 2.0’s just turned 15, so that number was floating in YHC’s head during the creation of this fun.  No need to increase the rep count each lap, stay 15 as long as you can. (I’m pretty sure that’s what Johnny Cougar sang)  (double bonus that Burlap posted, since his 2.0, Parkay and Kapow share the same birthday!  So couple of new 15 year olds in the dashpax)
• There is a growing tradition that when Zima & CP post to a WIB together, pax are better off getting a lawn chair and some popcorn to watch those to crazies push each other to the brink!  Zima tried to pull the classic “Uncle Remus” by saying something about “Not today, I got no sleep, blah, blah, blah.”  Pax knew better.
• Excessive internal counting at each pain station decreases MC #Kobains
• 75 degrees is hot
• Lots more running/activity at The Village on a Thursday compared to a Monday.  FiA was wrapping up same time as us. After the Shmedfest convergence, pax knew they weren’t fit enough to join their COT, so didn’t ask.
• WIB-ers passed Winklevoss as he was doing his 68 miler warm up run this morning, he was kind enough to say “Hey.” as he flew by.
• There was a hearty conversation about the role of the stenographer’s office back in the Reynolda Village hey-day.  General consensus was that it probably wasn’t court room related (no courthouse at the Village).  Best guesses were along the bookkeeper line of work.
• Great work today!  Thanks for pulling me along!
