On this fine Friday, we ate lightening and craped thunder all to the theme music of Rocky!!  (mostly Rocky 4)

• Warm-A-Rama

• Partner Workout (Each Partner)
  • 10 Dips
  • 15 Leg Throws
  • 5 Burpees
  • Repeat 4x
• Partner Wheelbarrow or Bear Crawl 50 yards
• Up the Hill
  • Sprint Up Hill about 200yards (turning around for last 40ish)
  • Seal Claps walking back to the start
  • 10 Negative Merkins (in cadence)
  • Repeat 3x
• Mosey back up that same hill (Or challenge yourself with one more sprint)
• Mosey back to base
• ABS, ABS, ABS and MORE ABS
  • 50 Low Flutter
  • 50 Freddy Mercury
  • 30 Sec Planks (2x)
  • 50 American Hammer
  • 25 Box Cutters
  • The Alphabet
  • 50 Penguin Crunches

• Cool Down with Hip Flexor Stretch
  • Cheesesteaks Repertoire
  • 12 Dive Bombers
  • Mosey for about an 800 meter run (some did more of a Jail Break)
