Tupperware Party
QIC: Greenspan
Date: September 10, 2018
PAX: Manscape (WD), Bevo (WB), Spamalot, Boomerang, Splash
Five Pax joined YHC at the Outhouse for YHC’s first of three Qs over the next seven days for what YHC hopes was a sufficient workout for the gathered men. The AO was smelling a bit dingier resulting from neglect after Convergence at the more pristine grounds of the Estate on Labor Day. YHC provided a solid playlist for the Pax as they put in their work.

Seal Claps x 16

Whirly with a Clap x 10

The Thang
We moseyed a short distance to the SS Leinbach where the Pax found four Tupperware containers awaiting them. Three contained folded stickies with exercises and a number, one contained a single die for a game of chance. The three exercise containers were labeled “Upper”, “Lower”, and “Cardio/abs”. The Pax were instructed to draw a sticky from the containers and roll the die. Multiple the number on the die by the number on the sticky for the required number of reps. For example, if the “Merkins x 10” sticky was drawn and a six rolled, the Pax were tasked with 60 merkins. There was a wild card in each container enabling the lucky Pax to call his preferred exercise and required reps. Those completing each stage early were required to resume the previous exercise until the six was up.
Exercises completed with approximate number of reps included
Derkins x 16
Erkins x 32
Dips x 15
Calf raises x 32
Step ups x 60 (double-count)
Squats x 75 (double-count)
Copperhead squats x 40 (double-count)
Swing rows x 30
Moroccan Arm Things x 10
Dying cock roaches x 90 (double-count, crowd pleaser)
LBCs (feet on the ground) x 30

COT:
Boomerang’s sister Susan in Burlington fighting cancer.
NMM:
There was a fair amount of MC when doing the Pax were required to complete 90 (double-count) dying cockroaches and a fair amount of mocking when the Pax rolled 1s on both the erkins and derkins cards. Green Sally was a real crowd pleaser, and YHC pulled the Cot Not Joe card on the last pull—very popular ending.
Thanks guys for showing up and putting in the hard work. It was a pleasure being with you.
I brought the keys home in a Tupperware container.

Thistle
Glad I missed this – only because my religion does not allow me to gamble.
Spamalot
10/10 on the creative scale! Two songs that YHC never needs to hear again.
