Total Recall offered the Q keys to YHC for this week’s version of #Purgatory , and YHC jumped at the chance to Q his 1st workout as a member of the #Respect club! Having past the 50th threshold on 10/8, YHC worked all week painstakingly planning an appropriate workout fit for a newly anointed #respect With workout detail in tow, YHC set forth to send a message of grit, perseverance and strength to all #hates and #ayes in attendance! Alas, only #Respects showed, relegating YHC to WarBaby…oh well, here’s what transpired at Speas.

BOM: YHC took men out thanking for all that we are blessed to have and hope and prayers for those in need (and there are many!)
Prayer Requests – thoughts and prayers for the Walkertown family coping with loss of their 6th grader who was accidentally struck by a car and killed this week. Thoughts to families struggling wi addiction, Prohel is back at Samaritan and making progress, thoughts for families dealing with sickness (lung cancer of friend of YHCs)

• Bourbon Chase runners are killing it!
• The Pony Express needs help tomorrow (Sunday am) at 11am to park cars for Heart Walk event. Meet at Bailey Park at 11am to help! Ms are welcome!
• The Racket will launch at 3pm tomorrow afternoon (check the Twitter)
• Go Ruck tomorrow at 6:45am Fingers has Q check the Twitter
• Some PAX running 50k Pilot Mtn to Hanging Rock- Juicebox driving (he’s on the mend)
• 200th Rendition of TRQ is this Thursday! Goofy started TRQ and will be there to celebrate in style! – Hope to see Short Sale thurs.
• F3 convergence at ACL in Austin, TX see Starfish for details

Moleskin:

• At 6:55am, Burlap and Starfish joked that YHC would end up being the WB…and sure enough it happened!
• Lots of comments about Prostate exams, and other lovely exams for +50 yrs. “lots of good movement”
• Goofy made timely Billy Joel comment about “Only the Good Die Young…” which YHCs thinks was a direct comment to YHC about having made it to the olde status!
• Group agreed that “practicing” was enjoyed by all…you’ll have to ask the attendees about that comment
• YHC received multiple comments from the PAX claiming that YHC was “making the entire workout up on the fly!” to which YHC vehemently denied
• YHC mis-spoke about wanting to see the Spring Break this coming year, which drew some “I’ll bet you do!” and “Your too old1″…YHC meant to say Spring Training …to which the pax agreed was much more suitable
• YHC helped many of the older PAX cross Robinhood this am on our way to Starbucks (Chic-fil-A was closed)…and is curious if that qualifies for volunteer work?
• Starbucks is WAAAAAY TOOOOO high-brow for Burlap…he boycotted purchases of all items…however he was curious about the “Double Ristretto Venti half-soy Nonfat decaf Organic Chocolate Brownie Iced Vanilla Double-shot Gingerbread Frappuccino Extra hot with foam whipped cream upside down double blend, one sweet-n-low, and one nutra-sweet”
• All was enjoyed and YHC enjoyed being the WB with such a fine group of #Respects
