Gladly, 6 PAX showed up for a traditional bootcamp workout instead of a nomad run this morning. Here’s what we did…

Warm-o-rama:

• x11 IC each – Arm Swirly (fwd), Arm Swirly (bwd), Moroccan Night Club, Seal Clap, Overhead Clap
• Some very slow Abe Vigoda’s

Mosey to far (new) parking lot

• 11 ladder – SSH & IW (Running back and forth across parking lot)
• DB drills in parking lot – x25 calf-raises at each end, 2 trips each round = x100 calf-raises
• Bear Crawl to curb and do x11 merkins, x11 Plan Jax, x19 squats, & x18 Monkey Humpers (repeato)
• Mosey to near shelter
• x11 Dips, Irkins, Derkins, & Table curls
• Mosey back to start

Mary:
Each PAX lead an ab-related exercise. It was great.

And, we’re done!
