12 PAX converged upon a cold Outhouse and hopefully enjoyed some Muse-ical Tabata.  PAX rocked to YHC’s favorite band, Muse.

Parking Lot – We did the standard fare for Warm-o-Rama.

Tennis Court – Tabata consisted of (4) 45 second periods of exercise with 15 seconds of rest, then a running exercise.

Merkins, Squats, LBCs, Mtn Climbers, Suicide.

CDD, Alt Leg Lunges, WWII Sit ups, Running with Scissors, Apollo Creed inside tennis court fence counterclockwise.

Wide Merkins, Calf Raises, Freddie Mercs, SSH, Apollo Creed inside tennis court fence clockwise.

Ranger Merkins, Side Lunges, Heels to Heaven, Jump Squats, Run lap around park.

Pavilion – Dips, Alt Leg Step ups, Low Dolly, Box Jumps, DB drills.

Irkins, Pistol Squats, Dying Cockroaches, High Knee Touches.

Mary concluding with 6 inches.

Done.

Announcements – F3 / FiA Holiday / F3 Anniversary Party Saturday December 15th at 6 pm – Brookberry Farm Clubhouse.  There’s going to be a taco bar!  Will be $10 pp.  PAX / FiA and spouses welcome.  Details will continue to emerge.

Thanksgiving Day Convergence for a 1 hour workout at 7 am, likely at  Speas.  There will be no Distillery or WIB.

Prayer requests – None spoken, but numerous unspoken.

MC – Balco with a few jerky comments about YHC’s Side Squat Form.  He also said something about the “other love handle” – what happens in Balco’s house, stays in Balco’s house…..

The PAX enjoyed trying to bean each other with a random tennis ball.

No doubt Red Eye chimed in with some pithy humor.
