14 brothers started in the parking lot and headed over to the base of Buena Vista Road at the intersection of Reynolda Road.   Hill repeats took place with 400s, 600s, and 800s.  Then we headed back to the tennis court lot for circle up.  Easy as pie.  A great way to start a Tuesday.

An appeal for Qs for OG/Tractors in December and an appeal for new site Q for Redline was offered up to the group by the Vig and Manscape.

I offered up a prayer request for Keith Vest, my brother in law, as he continues his fight against metastatic cancer.  He has chemo and radiation therapy planned for this week.

We wrapped up with prayer that we could slow and recognize how God is always with us in the background of our lives.
