5 pax arrived in the gloom at #TheDistillery for a comfortably warm November morning. 11/8 is an important date in the Harden household as we celebrate the birthday of our oldest 2.0. We started 11/8/11 at 4:30 am, so it was only fitting that YHC start the birthday celebration for 2018 at 0530 w/ the pax.
Our workout, which did not go unnoticed by the locals, went a little something like this:

- Group was not talkative this morning.
- Schneider continues to get faster during the run! Keep at it coach!
- Jiminy pushed hard this morning, despite still trying to fully recover from his illness a few weeks ago. Nice to have you out this morning, hope to see you tomorrow at #BBBC.
- Vegemite was pacing the field today. At one point YHC was worried he was going to run the entire leg of the run again and chase the pax back down. Strong work, Vegemite! Sorry YHC forgot we slide into Mary now, not transition.
- Sour Mash has the most impressive form when it comes to Monkey Humpers. He gets so low. While at the corner of Clemmons/Stadium Mash was in the middle of humping when a local Clemmons resident pulled up and yelled about how hard he was working. Indicated Mash was out working what he just did at the Y. An invitation to join was extended and was given a SC to see us next week. Let’s hope this pending FNG shows!

Prayers
- Jiminy has been struggling with the after effects of a sinus infection a few weeks ago. This has lead to blindness in one of his eyes and nerve damage. The doctors believe they know the cause and are starting treatment to hopefully correct. Prayers that Jiminy has a speedy recovery and regains his vision.
YHC took us out thing HIM for the day, the ability to workout, our 2nd F, and prayed for Jiminy.
Sour Mash – I turned off the still and cleaned it up for Srgt. Shultz next week. Thanks for allowing me to use your equipment! Enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Happy Day to Reagan!
True story, last May I was demonstrating Monkey Humpers (only got to do one) to some of the Prop Dads at the recital and ripped my cargo shorts. Pretty embarrassing and got razzed pretty good. Luckily we were outside of the annex and it was just a bunch of us dudes. Learned an important lesson that day!
