YHC visited the closest AO to the homefront at The Distillery. Upon pulling into the pitch black parking lot, it appeared at least one vehicle was already present, so we had a quorum. We ended up with 4 and off we went something like this:

Peter Parkers x15 IC

Upon completion, put blocks back and stay in shelter for a little wall work:

Mosey back to parking lot
Instead of Mary, this was more remembrance of Digits from FiA Lexington. She was a dedicated runner, and we had time for a capri lap around the perimeter of the parking lot and then planked for some of the time as YHC led into an extended COT about remembrance, safety, and prayerfulness.
Pray for her husband and kids, just pray. We have no knowing of the hour, the day, the reason, none of it. YHC cannot imagine a loss like this anytime, let alone within a week of Christmas. If you feel led to give to the Wells family for expenses, please click here.
YHC led us out remembering the Wells family, Jiminy’s dad’s friend who just passed away from pancreatic cancer, and for those suffering from loneliness, depression, and addiction in this holiday season.

YHC is getting back into the swing of things after taking some time off from running ridiculous distances.
It was great to work out with Jiminy again! That guy got after it this morning!
Same can be said for Sour Mash, dude just takes care of business and keeps going!
Schneider was a machine, making those blocks look like play toys out there. Apparently it was Schneider’s 4th upper body workout in a row…maybe BBBC is in your future for some running work.
Looking forward to a big crowd at BBBC tomorrow! Meeting at Waterford pool, check the Twitter for details.
Again, lift up the Wells family in this time.
